Secondary operator

‘Secondary operator’ is the term for different private undertakings, organisations and others to which the Jobcenters outsource some of their services.

A secondary operator may, for example, be responsible for courses, counselling and member enquiries and contact.

If your contact with the Jobcenter is wholly or partly outsourced, your Jobcenter will inform you. You will often be given the option to choose between different “secondary operators”.
