Exemption from payment of membership fees
As a member of CA, you may be exempt from payment of your membership fees for a period.
Students
At CA, student membership is completely free, available to all students below the age of 30 and provides access to a host of free services included in your membership. You’ll be exempt from payment of membership fees for a maximum of 5 years, and your income must not exceed a certain threshold.
When your benefit rights are used up
You can apply for exemption from payment of membership fees if your benefit rights are used up. You must still be registered as unemployed at jobnet.dk.
If you’re imprisoned
If you’re imprisoned in Denmark for more than 30 days or you’re in community service, you can have the amount you pay to the unemployment insurance fund reduced.
Adult apprenticeship
If you start an adult apprenticeship after you have reached the age of 30, you can apply for exemption from payment of membership fees.
