Focusing on supporting our members’ own development and drive, our career counsellors offer feedback and counselling on the choice of career, changing jobs, dialogue training, tests, recruiting and personal development.

CA’s career counsellors also handle questions on working abroad, the special conditions for graduates and senior members, freelance work, self-employment and more.

Our counsellors each have their own particular area of competence and experience, such as from HR, recruiting or management. Like everything else, counselling is free for CA members.
